Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Holds a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree.
  • Sales Expertise: Possesses a strong sales orientation with several years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare sector and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the customers’ world.
  • Analytical and Market Insight: Exhibits strong analytical skills to recognize, adapt to the permanent structural changes in the market, and has a solid understanding of market processes.
  • Proactive and Strategic Thinking: Passionate about proactively developing sales with innovative ideas, thinks strategically and acts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is highly desirable.
  • Personal Attributes: A team player with initiative, who demonstrates a confident appearance and a strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Manages well-known major customers in the Healthcare Division nationwide, acquires new customers and builds long-term relationships.
  • Negotiation and Support: Negotiates framework agreements and offer packages. Also assists with assortment optimization, process cost reduction, and e-business issues.
  • Solution Development: Identifies and implements customer-specific solutions for individual challenges. Recognizes market trends and potentials, applying these insights effectively for customers.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Works closely with division-responsible colleagues in IGEFA branches, industrial partners, and coordinates operational implementation.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participates in trade fairs, meetings, and conferences. Drives the further development of the division and coordinates with all relevant interfaces.
