Eligibility Criteria

  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by relevant professional experience.
  • Possesses IT expertise and a thorough understanding of production-related processes, particularly in the areas of production, personnel, and quality management.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with IT systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Computer-Aided Quality (CAQ), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is highly desirable.
  • Exhibits a service-oriented mindset, strong teamwork capabilities, reliability, and a high level of commitment.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Shows a willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation and successful go-live of software solutions.
  • Conducts training sessions for future users within the context of various projects.
  • Provides expert customer consultation to ensure optimal utilization of software and advises on adjustments within the configuration options.
  • Analyzes and evaluates production processes, data flows, and organizational structures.
  • Develops detailed specifications and high-level as well as detailed concepts for the digital mapping of manufacturing processes.
  • Offers technical support to the project manager throughout all project phases.
  • Acts as the liaison for customer individualization requests, coordinating their implementation with the software development team.
  • Facilitates customer workshops during the project initiation phase.
