Responsibilities

  • Assist with fund creation, decision-making processes, and account opening.
  • Manage office tasks including handling incoming and outgoing mail, circulating documents for signatures, and updating internal tracking lists.
  • Participate in portfolio management, risk management, administration, reporting, and evaluation processes.
  • Accompany the investment subscription process as needed.
  • Assist in risk management and outsourcing control.
  • Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting of financial characteristics.
  • Control monthly accounting processes.
  • Support the team with various administrative and coordinative activities.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or having completed university studies, preferably in economics with a focus on financial economics or a comparable field of study (minimum 4th semester).
  • Prior knowledge in financing and/or accounting is ideal.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
